Gentle Guardian King’s Foundation is a nonprofit and humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting widows, under-privileged families, and vulnerable communities in Nigeria.

Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate transactions, proven technical errors).
Donors are responsible for ensuring accuracy of the donation amount, currency, and payment details.
Donation receipts will be issued electronically via email.
4. Volunteers
By applying as a volunteer, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
GGKF reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate volunteer engagement at its discretion.
Volunteers may be required to undergo background checks where applicable.
Volunteers agree to act in line with GGKF’s values, respect beneficiaries, and not engage in conduct that could harm the organization’s reputation.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
GGKF respects your privacy. Personal data collected (through donations, volunteer forms, or communications) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment details are processed securely by our third-party partners (Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal). GGKF does not store full payment card details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the GGKF website are owned by GGKF unless otherwise credited.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
7. Third-Party Links
